My Personal Experience
Today I would like to briefly share with you how I recover my ideal weight. No rebound effect and no diets. I hope I can help many people with my experience, either those who need to gain weight, as well as those who want to lose it.
First of all, I must mention that I never had problems with overweight (I want to be honest from the beginning), however, I can attest that I have lost 2 sizes since I started this adventure.
After a month you will begin to notice changes gradually, until you reach your ideal weight, where you will no longer, according to the case, lose or gain weight. Your body will find the healthy balance you need.
Below I will try to be the most specific with the 7 simple but fundamental steps you must follow to achieve your goal.
Ideal weight 7 Step Guideline
1. You must give a chance to practice sun gazing (optional step)
Although it looks strange, sun gazing will help you eliminate those habits that do not benefit you. Including bad eating habits. It may be that in the first and second week of the practice you experience a lack of appetite, an increase in the frequency of your bowel movements, more thirst than usual and desire to eat fruits.
2. Gradually reduce refined sugars
The goal is that as time passes, you do not need to sweeten your tea, coffee or natural juices. Believe me, everything is more tasty without added sugar.
It starts decreasing weekly the amount of sugar, for example from 3 teaspoon to two and a half, then to 2, 1 and a half… and so on. Until reaching zero.
No sweetener is healthy, as all have been passed through processes to get to your table. The best natural sweetener is raw natural honey, which never expires and also contains many benefits for our health.
3. Start eliminating consumption of labeled products
In other words, when you read the ingredients and you find it impossible to pronounce them, kindly return the product to the shelf.
In many countries, such as Canada, Japan, Australia and European Union countries, many of these additives are already banned.

Recombinant bovine growth hormone (rBGH) and somatotropin (rBST)

- What is it? A substitute for fat.

Ractopamine
- What is it? A growth stimulant for livestock.
- Where do you find it ? Cattle, pigs and turkeys.
- Where is it prohibited ? In approximately 160 countries, including China, Russia and the European Union.

Diphenylamine (DPA)
- What is it? A chemical used to preserve the skin color of apples.
- In what products do you find it? In apples.
- Where is it prohibited? In the European Union.

Azodicarbonamide (ADA)
- What is it? An additive that accelerates the discoloration of the flour and makes it rise faster.
- In what product do you find it? In the bread and in almost 500 bakery products and snacks available in the market. You also find it on yoga mats.

Brominated vegetable oil (BVO)
- What is it? An additive that prevents the flavor of sports and soft drinks from separating.
- In what products do you find it? Sports drinks with citrus and soda flavors. Also in flame retardants. Coca-Cola and Pepsi stopped using it in 2014.

Butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA) and butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT)
- What is it? Preservatives that prevent fats from becoming rancid and to maintain the color and smell of food.
- In which products do you find them? Cereals, chewing gum, butter, frozen foods, beer and chips.
- Where is it prohibited? Japan, England and other European countries. California classifies it as a possible carcinogen.

4. Conscientiously complete the first 3 steps
As you see, up to here, you have not had to spend a penny, do not diets or be part of a fashion trend. Let’s keep going…
5. Replace foods that do not benefit you, for those that do provide health and nutrients
As you are feeling less hungry, you will also notice that some foods will no longer be your favorites as before.
When you are in this stage, take advantage of incorporating healthy foods into your menu. For example, you can try: Quinoa instead of rice or pasta. Give preference to legumes, fruits, vegetables and nuts.
Also, if you cheer up, consume less dairy, especially if you suffer from hormonal problems or acne. Which is a reason to completely avoid.
You can replace the butter with coconut oil. The toasts with coconut oil are delicious! All these products will provide you quality nutrient, as well as purify your health from within.

Do not worry about looking for Vitamin B12 substitutes, protein, carbohydrates, etc. Our body is endowed with natural intelligence to obtain everything we need from the “living foods” that we consume, and also by practicing sun gazing, we will always stay energized.
7. For a better quality of life it is advisable to stop eating meat
This point is totally optional and you will be the one who decides.
If possible, avoid the consumption of meat, if you feel it is very difficult for you, start with red meat. Anyways, it could happen that you start to reject naturally thanks to sungazing practice.
I want to clarify that I am not vegetarian, vegan nor do I follow dietary fashion prototypes. I’m just another human who decided 2 years ago not to eat more “cadavers”.
After learning the time it takes the meat in our intestines in a state of putrefaction and other things that are quite unpleasant. I finally understood why the lethargy in my body after a meal based on meats.
As the ancestral Essenes said: “Do not kill men or animals, not even the food that you bring to your mouth. For if you eat living food, it will make you alive; but if you kill your food, the dead food will kill you too. For life comes only from life, and death always comes from death”.
Useful tips while you achieve your ideal weight
Now that you know what these seven steps consist of and you venture to try, I will leave you a couple of simple tips that will be very helpful.
First, when you see that you are already losing a few grams and you are still strong in your task, it is time for you to get Rosehip Oil.
